Scope of Work
NorthStar Engineering Group, Inc. was retained to provide Land Planning and Civil Engineering Services for the project. NorthStar initially prepared overall Master Sewer, Storm, and Water utilities for the proposed 1,487 units development. The work included preparation and processing of the 6 separate Tentative Maps for Greenbrier Gardens, Live Oak North, Live Oak East (3 Maps), and Live Oak West. Included with the Entitlements was processing of the EIR, Development Agreement, and Annexation to the City of Hanford. To date Master Improvement Plans have been prepared and approved for all of the projects. Construction Documents and Final Maps have been prepared and approved for 700+/- of the project. NorthStar has provided Construction Staking and Construction Support throughout the course of the project.
