Scope of Work
The lead Project Engineer (Tony de Melo) provided Project Management, Land Surveying and Civil Engineering for a Master Planned community with 520 single-family residential lots. Project Engineer prepared refinements to the existing site plan, entitlement assistance, Tentative Maps, project feasibility analysis, Master Plan documents, and Technical Studies for the development of the entire project.
The Project Engineer prepared improvement plans for Phase 1 of the project which included Irrigation Relocation through MID, Yosemite Avenue Widening, Moraga Park Upland and Basin Improvements, PG&E Trail System Improvements, and In-Tract Roadway and Infrastructure Improvements. The Project Engineer also coordinated design and construction of the Regional Sanitary Sewer Pump Station and Off-Site Force Main Improvements.
NorthStar was retained to provide Civil Engineering and Construction Staking Services for part of Phase 1 and all of Phase 2 for the project. The initial work included Due Diligence Assistance and Surveying Services to for the completion of Phase 1 Productions Homes (249 Lots). The work also included preparation and processing of Improvement Plans and a Final Map for Phase 2 (233 Lots) which included all In-Tract Infrastructure required to serve the Project. NorthStar provided Construction Staking and Construction Support throughout the course of the project.
