Scope of Work
NorthStar performed a Topographic Survey with Boundary, Lot Merger, Rezone, Easements, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), Risk Level 1 BMP Monitoring, Civil Engineering Design Services and Civil Plans for Private Improvements for a portion of a 43 acre existing facility in Salida. The private engineering services included the design of several warehouse buildings, receiving bays, visitor center, large truck drive lanes, large truck parking, vehicular parking, storm drainage system, french drain system, sewer system, domestic water system, fire prevention system, and erosion control measures. The Civil Improvement Plans addressed construction details, site demolition, pavement delineation, horizontal control layout, detailed grading and drainage, storm drainage, storm water storage and percolation, sanitary sewer, water, and erosion control measures for the private development. The plans were prepared and processed through the County of Stanislaus for approval.
